Latinx Theatre Commons

A movement built by many. A story still being written.

The Latinx Theatre Commons wasn’t created as an institution. It emerged as a community choosing to imagine something different. Explore the history, values, and commons-based approach that continue to guide our work today.

Latinx Archiving Project

The stories of Latinx/e theatre deserve to be preserved, and discovered. Explore a growing collection of archives, cultural organizations, and research resources that document the people, productions, and history shaping our field.

The Steering Committee

Organized by the Community. For the Community.

The LTC Steering Committee is a self-organized collective of theatremakers, scholars, administrators, and advocates from across the country. They volunteer their time, expertise, and networks because they believe in what this movement is building.

The committee reflects the breadth of our community across roles, regions, generations, and backgrounds. Together, they steward the agenda set by the broader LTC network, not their own.

We foster emergent national leadership through an organic organizing method, activating our networks and expanding our circles of connection.

This community
is stronger with
you in it.

We’re always looking for theatremakers, artists, educators, scholars, and advocates who want to share their time, talent, and passion for Latinx/e theatre.
