Donate And Support
It takes a community to build a commons. The Latinx Theatre Commons is sustained by the people who believe in it. Every gathering, every program, every publication, and every opportunity exists because artists, volunteers, partners, and supporters choose to invest in this community together.
Your time. Your generosity.
Your belief in this work.
It’s all part of the commons.
For over a decade, the Latinx Theatre Commons has operated on a simple premise: the resources, knowledge, and connections that Latinx/e theatre artists need already exist; they just need to be shared more freely and more intentionally.
Donations to LTC make that sharing possible: the convenings where artists meet the collaborators who change their careers, the workshops where practitioners build new skills, the publications that chronicle a history that theatre in the United States too often ignores, and the award that says, in front of everyone, this person’s work matters.
LTC is fiscally sponsored by Producer Hub, a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible.

Your Gift at Work Here’s how your generosity supports the Latinx Theatre Commons.

$25
Printed materials for a convening session; the handouts, timelines, and resources that participants carry home.
$75
A published essay or article in the LTC journal, one more piece of Latinx theatre scholarship in the public record.
$100
An honorarium for a panelist at our Convenings, an opportunity to amplify Latinx theatremakers.
$250
LIVE translation for one hour at a convening, so that language is never a barrier to participation.
$500
Support the stipends for our Steering Committee members who co-champion our programming. While we are volunteer-driven we have started implementing stipends for those who take on leadership roles to acknowledge the extra work this entails.
$750
Housing and travel scholarship for one person to attend a convening, because showing up in the room matters, and not everyone can afford to get there.
Any
Amount
Every contribution, big or small, helps us continue building resources, supporting artists, and strengthening our community. Choose a one-time gift or become a monthly donor at an amount that’s meaningful to you.
Give to The Diane
Support the award that carries Diane’s name forward.
The Diane Rodriguez Teatrista Award, known as The Diane, is Latinx Theatre Commons annual recognition of a theatremaker committed to increasing Latinx/e representation across the arts.
Each recipient receives a $5,000 unrestricted prize, selected by their peers. Gifts to The Diane fund this prize directly and help ensure it keeps growing.
This movement was built by people who gave their time when they didn’t have to, their expertise when theatre in the United States gave them little reason to have it.
